Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment Policy To confirm your reservation with HosTpitality, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking, payable by bank transfer. Credit cards are not accepted. By proceeding with the payment, you accept these terms and conditions. Once your deposit is received, we will send you a booking confirmation email, including all the necessary details regarding your stay and final payment instructions.
     

  2. Cancellation and Modifications If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please inform us by email or phone as soon as possible. A written confirmation via email is required for any cancellation to take effect. Each property's cancellation policy will be provided before completing the booking and is also outlined in your booking confirmation email.
     

  3. Check-in and Check-out Guests may check in after 15:00 on the day of arrival and must check out by 11:00 on the departure date. Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request at no extra charge, depending on availability.
     

  4. Occupancy and Visitor Policy Only guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property. If you wish to invite additional guests or host a small gathering, prior notice is required, and an additional charge may apply. Unauthorized guests or parties may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.
     

  5. Arrival and Delays In the event of a delayed arrival, please notify us in advance to arrange alternative access to the property. Failure to inform us of a delay may result in a loss of access to the accommodation. If you have not arrived by midday the day after your scheduled check-in and we have not been contacted, we may consider the booking canceled.
     

  6. Identification and SecurityUpon arrival, you may be required to present identification (ID or passport) and your booking confirmation. The lead guest, who made the booking, must be present and have valid identification. If the deposit has been paid by bank transfer, we may require proof of the transfer upon arrival.
     

  7. Property Care and Damage Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and leave it in the condition they found it. Any damages caused during your stay will be the responsibility of the guest, and repair costs may apply. Some properties may require a security deposit, which will be refunded in full after inspection upon departure, provided no damage has occurred.
     

  8. Cleaning and Maintenance Each property will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. Additional cleaning services during your stay can be arranged upon request for an extra fee. While bed linens and towels are provided, daily housekeeping is not included unless specified. For longer stays, properties may include a mid-week cleaning service.
     

  9. Pool and Safety For properties with swimming pools, adult supervision is required for children under 12 years of age. All pools meet the safety standards required by the Greek Tourism Organization. A pool maintenance service will be conducted at least twice a week. Pool use is at your own risk, and guests should exercise caution while using these facilities.
     

  10. Hot Tub and Fireplaces If your property includes a hot tub, children under the age of 5 are not allowed in without adult supervision. The hot tub will be cleaned and maintained before your arrival. Fireplaces, if available, are to be used responsibly. Only the wood provided should be used in the fireplace.
     

  11. Emergencies In case of emergencies, a 24-hour contact number will be provided. We strive to resolve any issues promptly to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
     

  12. Complaints and Issues During Your Stay We aim to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience. If any issues arise, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation as quickly as possible. It is crucial to notify us while you are staying at the property, as many issues can only be resolved during your stay.
     

  13. Personal Belongings and Liability HosTpitality and property owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please use safes, if available, or keep valuables with you at all times. While we ensure the property meets safety standards, guests are advised to take care, particularly when using facilities such as pools and hot tubs.
